Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Murder of the husband of the informant was committed by unknown person. The husband of the informant was a guard on the ATM Machine and suspicion is that murder was committed at the time of loot committed by the unknown person in the ATM. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion. Submission is that the petitioner is a business man having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24958 of 2017 (3) dt.29-06-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna/successor Court in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No. 581 of 2016, G.R. No. 7762 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
