JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. On joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of the State Legal Services Authority vide order dated 25.03.2015. The report of the Mediator at Flag- O reflects that the issue has been resolved between the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsels for the petitioner and the informant that both the petitioner and the informant/O.P. No. 2 are residing together.
