Petitioner seeks bail in Samho P.S.Case No.3 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner and other accused person is of firing on the father of the informant causing his death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no body has seen the occurrence rather general and omnibus allegation against several accused persons and there is land dispute between the parties. He is in custody since 27.3.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46629 of 2018 (3) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Begusarai, in Samho P.S. Case No.3 of 2018 subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors must be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) the petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence and the petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of the trail and make himself available as and when required by the court, otherwise, his bail bond shall be cancelled (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
