Advocate General - 6 as well as learned counsel for private respondent, submits that the present writ petition is in relation to a mutation dispute, which can be adjudicated by the Tribunal. Accordingly, a prayer is being made for transmitting the record of this case to the Tribunal. Accordingly, in view of submission made by learned counsel for petitioners and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith.
