The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant stated that he heard the sound of firing and saw that three persons, namely, Diwakar Singh, Jitendra Singh and Arun Singh were fleeing away from the place of occurrence. The informant went inside the room and found that his son was lying dead and blood was oozing from his head. Submission is that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner was found fleeing away from the place of occurrence when the informant woke up on hearing the sound of firing. The prayer for anticipatory bail of similarly situated coaccused Arun Kumar @ Arun Singh has already been withdrawn.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36256 of 2014 (3) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Kasichak P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
