Petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No.213 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 and 414 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that police recovered two motorcycles from the hut of Pappu Malik. One person tried to escape but he was caught, who disclosed his name as Pappu Malik. Name of the petitioner has been taken by Pappu Malik in his confessional statement.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah P.S. Case No.213 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
