The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 588 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Case No. 588 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
