Considering the aforesaid, the proceeding of Special Case No. 47 of 1995 (Vigilance) Patna arising out of Natwar P.S. Case No. 51 of 1995 pending before the Special Judge-I, Patna is, hereby, set aside as far as the Petitioner is concerned.
