JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Anil Kumar for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner namely Raju Kumar is in custody since 22.06.2016 in Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No.163 of 2016 under Sections 467, 468, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case, from the car of this petitioner, a black bag was recovered where many documents of different companies were recovered.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is agent of GTFS Multi Services Limited and, therefore, he had in possession of the said documents. There is no instance of committing any forgery except the allegation that the documents

In view of the above facts, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No.163 of 2016.
