The petitioner seeks bail in Pakridayal P.S. Case No.157 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 51, 53(C) and 57 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is that about 10 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the thatched hut of the petitioner and co-accused Ajay Chaudhar.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 28.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.
