Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The deceased was found dead in the morning. He was shot dead in the night. The petitioner is said to have taken him on his motorcycle in the day time along with one more person but the deceased has been found dead in his place where he used to stay and there is no evidence even to remotely

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50840 of 2021(2) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 connect the petitioner with the murder of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
