The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction for cancellation of the allotment of LPG distributorship in favour of the respondent no.9.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has fairly conceded that subsequently, the LPG distributorship of the respondent no. 9 has been cancelled by the Indian Oil Corporation. Against that order, the respondent no. 9 has filed a separate writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8854 of 2010 (3) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Indian Oil Corporation submits that a fresh advertisement has been issued for the location in question for allotment of the LPG distributorship. In above view of the matter, the present writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed, but without costs.
