ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-07-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the FIR of Biraul P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga. Since investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
