The case is being taken up from defect side.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit the original petition along with attested affidavits and also remove all the defects pointed out by the Registry within two weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120B, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail has been granted to other persons and the allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6110 of 2021(3) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. I have considered the submissions, the allegation against the petitioner is of having embezzled the amount and of having sanctioned fraudulent loans under the KCC scheme. The FIR was registered in 2017, apparently he is wanted in the case and will be deemed to be an absconder.

In the circumstances, I do not find it a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
