The Petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Rail P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is an old aged person and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since, 10.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
