This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barahiya P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 506, 120(B), 467 & 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 82188 of 2019, by which co-accused Bibha Kumari has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 82188 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2531 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 2019, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019, arising out of Complaint Case No. 91(c) of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
