2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the relief which he has claimed in the present writ application, he desires to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Buxar (Respondent No. 2) and that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court could dispose of the present writ application directing the District Magistrate, Buxar

Patna High Court CWJC No. 9675 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation which will be filed by the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. This prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondent-State.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Buxar within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Buxar is directed to dispose of the same on merit within four weeks thereafter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
