The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sakra P.S.Case No.124/15 for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S.Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has been made not from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather from the place of occurrence. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the bathan in question was away from the house of the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period
