This is a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 38/37(C) of the Excise (Amendment) Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in the case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. The allegations in the First Informant Report are false and concocted. Further submission is that he is in custody since 12.03.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees
