2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for modification of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11200 of 2025 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner wherein there was a condition for verification of criminal antecedent by the learned Court below releasing him on bail. As against the specific statement in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, two other criminal cases against the petitioner, has now been disclosed. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the pairvikar of the petitioner had not intimated the petitioner due to which he could not bring the same on record earlier.

3. Learned APP opposes the present modification application.

4. I am not inclined to allow the present modification application, hence, the same is dismissed.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and in case the petitioner surrenders within a period of two weeks, the learned Court below may consider the fact that on merits, the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and the same may be considered preferably on the same date.
