The petitioner is an accused in Special Excise Case No. 61 of 2017.

The allegation against the petitioner is that 11 pieces of bottles containing 'Tari' was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the quantity of alleged 'Tari' recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, named above, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Spl. Excise Case
