The petitioner seeks bail in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 721/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is that he assaulted with Tangi on the head of informant causing grievous injury. It has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the case. He is in custody since 02.02.2018.

Considering the facts and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is

Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody.
