JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 12.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 21403 of 2018 with observation that if the trial does not conclude within a year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petitioner at this stage.

This Cr. Misc. petition is dismissed.

Petitioner would be at liberty to renew prayer for bail as per the observation made by a coordinate Bench of this Court by the earlier order dated 12.4.2018.
