The petitioners seek bail in Majhahgarh P.S. Case No. 249/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Sunil Sah and she went to her Sasural, but her husband and other in-laws began to demand dowry and they killed her daughter and cremated her dead-body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and un-married sister-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The deceased never complained about any ill-treatment at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54503 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2017 hands of the petitioners. In fact, the deceased was pregnant and during her pregnancy on account of different complications she died.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are mother-in-law and un-married sister-in-law of the deceased who are in custody since 26.07.2016, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI, Gopalganj in connection with Majhahgarh P.S. Case No. 249/2014.
