The petitioner seeks bail in Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015, G.R. No.6409 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have thrown the acid upon the girl aged about six years. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of minor injury and they have already settled the dispute. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
