JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manjhi P.S. Case No.283 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 384, 323, 504, 506, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have taken Rs.10,000/- from the informant for the purpose of getting loan sanctioned in her favour but neither the loan has been sanctioned nor the aforesaid money has been returned to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.10,000/- to the informant, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six seeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.283 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is made clear that the learned court below shall accept the bail bond of the petitioner after verifying the fact that the petitioner has paid Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) to the informant.
