The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No.62 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is that About 2 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of this petitioner which was kept in a plastic bag.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in jail since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25059 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 12.04.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-IInd, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Excise Case No.28 of 2017.
