This criminal writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuing direction to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to conduct and conclude the due, just and proper investigation of Gaurichak P.S Case No. 373/2023 dated 25/06/2023 (Annexure-P/1) against the named accused persons as early as possible against the FIR named accused person/s.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1174 of 2024(4) dt.07-07-2025 2/3 (ii) For direction issued to the Respondent Nos.3 & 4 to show cause to the Respondent No. 5 & 6 on account of submission of defective Final Report U/s 173 of Cr. P. C (Annexure P/2) and in spite of the FIR with specific and general allegations of committal of alleged offence of murder of the young son of the petitioner why the named accused person/s have not been arrested/not sent up for trial in Gaurichak P.S Case No.

373/2023 and not even bother to submit, the status or progress report/s of the case to the concerned court of Ld. J.M. 1st Class, Patna City.

(iii) For direction to the Respondent No. 5 & 6 as in spite registering of FIR, why no more arrests of named accused persons possible [Out of which some of the regular bail application/s of the arrested persons have been rejected up to or by the Honorable Court itself (Annexure-P/3 Series)] made till the date, though the known-locations (As the named accused persons active members of IPF) of their hide-abouts, well aware to the Respondent No. 5 & 6, which shows the Police are in hand-in-gloves with the said accused persons."

From the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the Investigating Officer of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1174 of 2024(4) dt.07-07-2025 3/3 case is not properly investigating the case and therefore, an S.I.T. has been constituted.

The Superintendent of Police, East, Patna will himself regularly supervise the case so that the accused persons, who are the members of the Indian People's Front (IPF) a banned group, are arrested.
