The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467/468/469/471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners applied for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27675 of 2015 (3) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 appointment as panchayt teacher on the basis of fake claim that they have cleared Bihar Teachers' Eligibility Test. Though during enquiry, it was found that the petitioners could not qualify at the Bihar Teachers' Eligibility Test.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that ultimately the petitioners could not be appointed on the basis of such document and non-grant of bail will jeopardize career of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that ultimately petitioner was not appointment on the basis of false claim of clearing Bihar Teachers' Eligibility Test, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.109 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
