The petitioner seeks bail in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2011 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was arrested from spot while he was making preparation to commit the crime taking assistance of female associates. Petitioner is history sheeter. Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that case is at advance stage. Except two witnesses all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42611 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
