The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 273 of 2020 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.
