The instant criminal miscellaneous has been filed for extension of time to surrender in the court below and to furnish bail bond on the ground that the petitioner could not be contacted due to change of her contact number resulting she was not informed about the order dated 07.05.2015 resulting two months time for surrender has already been expired.

It is submitted that now she undertakes to surrender in the court below positively. The learned A.P.P. does not oppose the aforesaid submission.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the order dated 07.05.2015 is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today in the court below and then she shall be released on bail as per order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34950 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 07.05.2015.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous for modification is allowed.
