The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice on merit vide orders dated 19.04.2016 and 03.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9166 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 32352 of 2016 respectively by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50578 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
