JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.12.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.49607/14 for extending the period of surrender and deposit of undertaken amount of Rs.2,50,000/- before the learned court below. Earlier also the period of surrender was extended.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a CRPF personnel and grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender and deposit of undertaken amount be extended by further two weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order. The order dated 10.12.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

It is made clear that under no circumstances the period of surrender will be extended further.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.33 of 2012, pending before the learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari.
