This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Simri P.S. Case No.116 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others are said to have assaulted the victim and caused injury.

From the impugned order of the Court below, it appears that the victim sustained some injuries but they are not of serious nature. The petitioners are in custody since 19.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.116 of 2024.
