2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made the representation dated 25.04.2025 (AnnexureP/1) to the respondent No. 2 herein (i.e., The Branch Manager, State Bank of India, RACC, Bihta), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any
