2. Considering the nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is being

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the place where the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan is being constructed is a pond settled in favour of Bandobasti Matsyajeevi Sahyog Samiti Limited (Annexure-P/11 to the writ application) and, therefore, he submits that it is not being constructed at a proper place. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has already given a representation to the District Magistrate, Nawada on 15.05.2025 which is enclosed as Annexure-P/14 to the writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the District Magistrate, Nawada is directed to dispose of his representation after hearing the petitioners, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a specified time.
4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State does not have any objection.
5. In view of the nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is being disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Nawada to hear the petitioners and dispose of the representation dated 15.05.2025 on merit by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
