Both the Parties appear and submit that the matter has now been compromised.

In view of such, the entire Proceeding of Pandaul P.S. Case No. 299 of 2011 including the order of cognizance dated 4.2.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, is hereby set aside.
