JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

35 litres of countrymade wine along with 15 k.g. Mahua and 10 k.g. mitha was seized from the place of the petitioners for which, they are under custody since 07.09.2016. Furthermore, as per Para-3 of the petition, petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioners, Baldeo Ram, Santosh Ram and Nanhku Ram are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P. S. Case no.232 of 2016.
