Petitioner is ready to deposit the amount whatever he had received under "Swachya Bharat Mission (Shahri) Scheme". After having receipt filed before the learned lower Court with regard to deposit of the amount whatever been received at the end of the petitioner under the aforesaid scheme, which the learned lower Court will verify before acceptance of the bail bond.

And in terms thereof, petitioner, Suresh Chandra Jha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.
