Petitioner seeks bail in Maker P.S. Case No.64 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XII, Saran. In the written report, it is alleged that during patrolling duty police found this petitioner sitting on a bridge, who started running away on seeing the police party. Police apprehended the petitioner and recovered one loaded pistol from his possession.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2019.

From para 3 of the bail petition, it appears that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38613 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 petitioner has criminal antecedents.

Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.
