====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. has been instituted against 8-10 unknown persons, name of petitioners has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by one Dinesh Chaudhary. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and except confessional statement no incriminating material is against petitioners. It has been further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47372 of 2018(3) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 submitted that said Dinesh Choudhary has already been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 21455 of 2017 vide order dated 08.05.2017 and co-accused Upendra Paswan against whom also there are similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32058 of 2018 vide order dated 24.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2014.
