JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 2.11.2022, passed in CWJC No. 9946 of 2020, the Circle Officer, Harsidhi had reviewed the status of encroachment proceedings bearing Encroachment Case No. 22 of 2018-19 and it transpired that there is a public road in some portion of the Bandobast land in question, hence it was found that there is requirement for amendment in the Bandobasti area of the Bandosat land in question, thus Bandobasti amendment proposal (Miscellaneous Case No. 1 of 2023-24) has been initiated by the Circle Officer, Harsidhi. Thus, the encroachment proceedings in question have been kept pending. 2.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Harsidhi to intervene in the pending Bandobasti amendment proposal (Miscellaneous Case No. 1 of 2023-24).

Patna High Court MJC No.1700 of 2023(3) dt.08-08-2025 3/3 Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
