JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-08-2015 A mentioning slip was filed on 18.08.2015 expressing that the matter involved payment of admitted dues. While moving the slip for out of turn early disposal, it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter may be disposed of on the similar terms as CWJC No. 8424 of 2015. Accordingly, the matter has been listed under the heading "for Orders".

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the power company.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner invites attention to his bill

Patna High Court CWJC No.13414 of 2014 dt.19-08-2015 dated 11.07.2014 for the month of June, 2014 as contained in Anenxure-13 of the writ petition. It is stated that even though the respondents have taken duty/work from the personnel concerned, no payment has been made since June, 2014 by the respondents. He confines the relief claimed in the writ petition only to this aspect of the case.

4. Having regard to the submissions on behalf of the petitioner and with his consent, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent with a fresh representation, who will examine the matter and take steps for payment of the admitted dues of the petitioner, if possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is further clarified that if the entire claim of the petitioner is not found admitted then he should be communicated the reasons for reaching such conclusion.
