Two persons were apprehended and on search from the possession of Jokhan Sahani, 15.600 litres of country made wine while from the possession of petitioner, 15 litres of wine has been seized for which petitioner happens to be under custody since 17.08.2016. As per para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Munna Patel is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania PS Case No. 143/2016.
