The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 381 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration, nature of allegation, use of fire-arm and injuries caused by fire-arm on one Bawan Bir Yadav, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.
