The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 209/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Subhash Singh and on his disclosure a motorcycle was recovered from the working place of co-accused Bhola Singh. The petitioner is in jail since 26.05.2015 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 209/2015.
