JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story, in brief, is that nine accused persons abducted the mother of the informant and when the informant forbade them for doing so, they threatened the informant to kill if he makes pretext. The cause of incident was that four years old son of co-accused Amresh Manjhi was died due to illness but the accused persons were saying that informant's mother is a daain and she was the main cause of death of the son of co-accused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.286 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 26.08.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioners. The other coaccused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 19185 of 2016. On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Prakash, J.M. 1st Class, Arwal in connection with Karpi (Sahartelpa) P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015.
