The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that first information report is lodged after lapse of two weeks of the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
