The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B and 376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners dragged the daughter of the informant and tried to establish physical

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the in-laws of the informant assaulted petitioner Chandan Kumar Yadav for which his fard-beyan was recorded on 30.05.2015 at 10.30 A.M. at Sadar Hospital, Buxar being Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015 with accusation under Sections 147, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 03.06.2015 against the in-laws of the informant then the present case was registered on 30.05.2015 at 3.00 P.M. which reached to the court of learned I/c. C.J.M. on 02.06.2015. There is no injury report on the record of the present case whereas two persons from the petitioners' side namely, petitioner no. 2 and 3 Chandan Kumar Yadav and Ashok Kumar Yadav received injuries due to the assault made by the in-laws of the informant.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of
